Kia Pennsylvania Recommends a Car Emergency Kit

While the majority of travel in your Kia will be safe and uneventful, there is always the possibility that you’ll be faced with a challenge or emergency. Kia Pennsylvania recommends keeping a fully stocked car emergency kit in the trunk so you’ll be prepared for most obstacles you could face on the road.

From minor accidents causing scrapes or cuts, to a shovel for digging out of a snowbank – your kit can provide comfort and assistance while waiting for an ambulance or other help to arrive. A comprehensive car emergency kit will not only include basic first aid supplies, but a variety of other items as well, which you may need to change depending on the time of year:

Items for Your Kia Emergency Kit – Year Round:

• Basic first aid kit (bandages, tweezers, cleansing wipes, medical tape, gauze, burn ointment, etc)
• White handkerchief or flag for window
• Road flares
• Orange caution cones
• Travel-sized toolkit, with screwdrivers and scissors
